So, I had a great night last night. Rach and I went to dinner at Red Robin and, as usual, talk turned to vaginas. Yes, yes. I know. I won't let people talk about FOOD when I'm eating, but vaginas? Yeah, I'm down.
Anyway, we're talking and she says, "I wonder if Castle is open this late?" I said, "What's Castle?"
Well.
Castle, which looks (from the outside) like some medieval theme restaurant, is the biggest porn shop I've ever seen. So, we browsed. And read the backs of porn movies to each other. :D It was really fantastic. I found one where it ended with, "it'll have you screaming, 'My ass is not a blender!'" so of course I had to ask Meredith to make me an icon that said such.
Poor Meredith. *loves her* No, I wouldn't tell her why until after the entry was written. I linked her.
Then we sat in the car and talked until I had to leave. RIGHT THEN. (Sorry, Rach.)
Driving home? It was raining for the first time in a long time which made the roads pretty slick. Now, ususally I take a certain turn slow and in the far right lane.
I took it in the middle which probably saved my car, myself and my son some serious damage.
I fishtailed one way, then must have overcompensated or something because the car spun completely to the side and came INCHES from crashing into the barrier I'm normally against anyway. When I stopped, it was like, "Oh. Okay. So 'slow' wasn't slow enough." And did 30 the rest of the way home. Kyle was completely freaked and no longer sleepy.
I don't think I've ever done anything like that, ever.
Okay, off to busy day.
