The only redeeming qualities of Fringe are Denethor's Walter's kooky ravings and having a scruffy Joshua Jackson to look at. Otherwise, the plots are generally 'meh'.
...I like Fringe. It's not the Bestest Show Evar- not by a long shot (and God, I hated what JJ did to Alias in the end), but the conversations between Walter & Peter are hilarious.
However, I think JJ is going to totally FUBAR the new Star Trek movie.
